Triarsi Competizione, the Orlando, Florida-based team led by Onofrio Triarsi Jr, has announced that it will make its GTD PRO debut at the 2026 Rolex 24 At Daytona.

The team, which campaigned two cars in the GTD category in 2025, will enter its new #033 Ferrari 296 GT3 EVO with a line-up consisting of three Ferrari factory drivers and a European Le Mans Series class winner. James Calado, Miguel Molina, Alessio Rovera and Riccardo Agostini will pilot the #033 Triarsi entry at Daytona and, of the four pilots, only Molina has not driven for Triarsi previously.

Star-Studded #033 Ferrari Line-up: Calado, Molina, Rovera & Agostini

The pedigree of the four pilots makes Triarsi Competizione one of the favourites for Daytona GTD Pro class victory. Alongside Antonio Giovinazzi and Alessandro Pier Guidi, Calado secured the 2025 FIA WEC Hypercar championship for the Italian marque for the first time since 1972, a result which made him a double WEC champion after winning the LMGTE Pro class in 2017. The British driver took overall victory in the 2023 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Miguel Molina, born in Spain in 1989, has been a Ferrari factory driver for the past nine seasons and joined the team’s Hypercar programme in 2023, winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans the following year.

Alessio Rovera joined Ferrari’s factory driver roster in 2021 and has significant experience in GT3 machinery, having finished second in the 2025 FIA WEC standings with Vista AF Corse in a season that included a win at Spa and a second-place finish in class at Le Mans.

31-year-old Riccardo Agostini, although not a factory driver, is also well-experienced in GT3 competition, having driven for AF Corse and Triarsi over the past two seasons. Alongside Custodio Toledo and Lilou Wadoux, Agostini finished 11th in class in the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans.

2026 Target: The Full Michelin Endurance Cup Campaign

Triarsi Competizione will compete in the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup which consists of the five marquee endurance races on the IMSA calendar, including The Rolex 24 At Daytona, the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, the Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen, the Motul SportsCar Endurance Grand Prix at Road America and Motul Petit Le Mans.

“This is the moment we’ve been building toward and we couldn’t have asked for a stronger launch into GTD PRO,” said Team Principal Onofrio Triarsi Jr. “Ferrari’s incredible support has made this possible and being able to put this lineup together for our first Pro car is extraordinary. We have every reason to believe we can fight at the front from the very first lap at Daytona.”

Calado’s Goal: “We All Want That Rolex Watch”

For James Calado, making his second appearance with Triarsi, the chance to win the coveted Rolex watch is firmly in his focus.

“(I’m) delighted to be returning to IMSA and the Rolex 24 with Triarsi Competizione,” he said. “The new EVO is an absolute weapon, we have a proper lineup and we all have the same goal – we want that watch.”

Action for the 2026 running of the Rolex 24 At Dayton gets underway with Roar Before The Rolex 24 which takes place between January the 16th and 18th.
