AO By TF Championship-Winning LMP2 Pro/Am Trio Return to ELMS in 2026

2025 European Le Mans Series LMP2 Pro/Am champions PJ Hyett, Louis Delétraz and Dane Cameron will return to the ELMS for 2026.

AO by TF has confirmed that the trio, who finished on the podium in all but one round in 2025, will re-unite in the #99 purple-and-orange ‘Spike’ ORECA, a fan-favourite at all the circuits it visits.

Aged 42, Hyett is a software developer and entrepreneur and co-founder of GitHub. Began his racing career in 2022in the GT World Challenge America – Pro/Am Cup and competed in the final round of FIA WEC that year with Team Project 1, finishing second in the LMGTE Pro/Am class alongside teammates Gunnar Jeannette and Ben Barnicoat.

2023 saw Hyett launch his race team AO Racing with an entry into the GTD class in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship with a Porsche 911 GT3, combined with outings with Project 1-AO in the FIA WEC and the Porsche Deluxe Carrera Cup North America. Hyett graduated to prototypes in 2024 with an entry into the Asian Le Mans Series with Proton Competition followed by a full season entry into the LMP2 class of IMSA competition. 2025 saw Hyett and AO Racing win the LMP2 class in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and in the European Le Mans Series with AO by TF. The team also finished on the LMP2 class podium at the 2025 running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

28-year-old Swiss pilot Louis Delétraz moved into sportscar racing in 2020 with Rebellion Racing, finishing 4th at the 24 Hours of Le Mans that year. After winning the European Le Mans Series with Team WRT in 2021, Delétraz moved to Prema Orlen Team in the FIA WEC and Prema Racing in the ELMS, finishing fifth in the LMP2 championship in a season that saw a P2 finish at Le Mans. In the ELMS, Delétraz and teammate Ferdinand Habsburg won the class title with four wins. `

2023 saw Delétraz, alongside teammates Robert Kubica and Rui Andrade win the final ever LMP2 title. Delétraz joined AO Racing by TF for the 2024 season in the ELMS and won his third European title in a season that saw Delétraz, Kubica and Jonny Edgar clinch the title, making Delétraz the first driver to take three ELMS LMP2 titles.

Delétraz returned to AO by TF in 2025 for the ELMS and alongside teammates Hyett and Dane Cameron, finished on the podium in five out of the six rounds, including a win at Imola.

Highly experienced American driver Dane Cameron has been competing in sportscars since 2014 and has won championships in the Prototype, DPi and GTP classes in IMSA competition as well as the ELMS in 2025. Cameron won the Rolex 24 At Daytona in 2024.

The 2026 European Le Mans Series gets underway at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on April the 12th.
