The EnduranceandGT team were back at Autosport International A24 for our traditional season launch and the opportunity to hear all the latest news from the championships we follow. The show is growing again after the challenges of the pandemic and it was great to hear some of the ideas being discussed by the organisers for future development.
EnduranceandGT was delighted to see the FIA World Endurance Championship presence with the winning #51 Ferrari AF Corse 499P on display along with a visit from driver James Calado. Flying the flag for the UK was the gorgeous #38 Hertz Team Jota Porsche 963.
Hertz Team Jota Team co-owner Sam Hignett along with 2024 driver Callum Ilott were present on the main stage on the Saturday to answer questions about their forthcoming WEC. With Hertz Team Jota entering two cars for the new season, this is definitely a team to follow when the WEC gets underway in Qatar.
