Motorsport Network has announced that it will be launching Autosport International Connect in March 2021, an online-only event which will be presented in the spirit of the traditional season-opening four-day show at Birmingham’s NEC.
ASI Connect will be an online-marketplace, hosting the show’s traditional trade attendees and exhibitors and will also host forums, roundtable discussions and keynote speakers at the two-day event due to take place on March 10 – 11.
Autosport International Operations Director Mandy Cox is looking forward to the opportunities that the new online event will offer.
“We are incredibly excited to announce the launch of ASI Connect, a brand-new online event for our Autosport International trade attendees and newcomers alike,” said Mandy Cox. “We’ll be bringing together the motorsport industry, not just for one weekend, but for 365 days a year, and allowing new business contacts to be made through networking opportunities.
“Live-streamed forums will be hosted across Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 March 2021, covering a multitude of trending topics – including the annual Motorsport Leaders Business Forum. ASI Connect will become another key pillar of Autosport International’s future strategy to continuously improve our partners’ benefits and respond to their current needs.
“Full details and registration dates for ASI Connect will be released shortly.”
The organisers have also pointed out that details of the in-person Autosport International event, which was due to to place on January 14 – 17, will be communicated over the coming weeks.
