Enduro’s Tillbrook and Clutton take GT3 pole at Donington.

Steller Motorsport’s Williams and Fielding on pole in GT4

Morgan Tillbrook and Marcus Clutton, teammates in the #77 Enduro Motorsport McLaren 720S GT3, took pole for Round Four of the 2022 Intelligent Money British GT Championship, the duo lapping the Donington Park GP circuit in an aggregate time of 2:52.746.

Joining the Enduro pair on the front row of the grid for Sunday May 29’s three-hour endurance race will be the #4 2 Seas Motorsport Mercedes-AMG GT3 in which James Cottingham and Lewis Williamson put in an aggregate time of 2:53.129. Completing the top three was the #72 Barwell Motorsport Lamborghini Huracan GT3 evo of Adam Balon and Sandy Mitchell, whose aggregate lap time was just .098 seconds slower than the #4 car.

In the GT4 category, pole position went to the #42 Steller Motorsport Audi R8 LMS GT4 piloted by Richard Williams and Sennan Fielding who put in an aggregate lap time of 3:08.731, beating the #27 Newbridge Motorsport Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT4 for class honours by .253 seconds. Josh Miller and Jamie Day’s #23 R Racing Aston Martin completed the top three in class with an aggregate time of 3:09.522.

The lights go out for Round Four of the Intelligent Money British GT Championship at 12:35 on Sunday May 29.
