Pumpelly Puts TRG / Porsche on Pole At St. Petersburg. (09.03.19)

Spencer Pumpelly, driving the #66 TRG – The Racers Group Porsche 718 Cayman CS MR, took pole position for Race One of the 2019 Pirelli GT4 America Sprint Series after putting in a 1:18.112 on his seventh lap of nine at St. Petersburg.
Joining Pumpelly on the front row of the 20-car grid will be Jade Buford, piloting the #41 PF Racing Ford Mustang GT4, Buford lapping the 1.8-mile street circuit in 1:18.401.
Completing the top three was Gar Robinson, driving the #74 Robinson Racing Chevrolet Camaro GT4 who put in a 1:18.452.
Quickest of the Am class was Jarett Andretti in the #18 Andretti Autosport McLaren 570S GT4 who lapped in 1:19.431.
