TF Sport has announced that it will compete in the FIA Motorsport Games GT Cup with Team Turkey. TF Sport won both the GT3 and GT4 British GT Championship drivers titles at Donington on September 15.
Salih Yoluç and Ayhancan Güven will represent Turkey in the new-for-2019 Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 and will be looking to retain the title they won in Bahrain last season.
Salih Yoluç first raced with the Redhill-based team in 2015 and contested the 2018/19 World Endurance Championship with TF sport. Yoluç finished in the LMGTE drivers standings with teammate Charlie Eastwood. Güven currently competes in the Porsche Super Cup championship. The 21-year-old driver took his first win in the series at Silverstone in July.
TF Sport Director Tom Ferrier is delighted to be returning to the new-format event, organised by the SRO Motorsports Group.
“It’s an honour to be competing in the FIA Motorsport Games with Salih and Ayhancan. We’re a British-based team with a very international flavour so it’s great to be competing as Team Turkey. Our drive, as ever, is to give Salih the best package as possible so that he can make it back-to-back wins in Turkish colours.”
The FIA Motorsport Games take place at ACI Vallelunga Circuit on November 1 – 3.
