Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA to run V-Series.R at 82nd Goodwood Members Meeting

Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA will be running their current FIA World Endurance Championship contender, the Cadillac V-Series.R at the 82nd Members Meeting run by the Goodwood Road Racing Club at Goodwood Motor Circuit in April.

Hertz Team JOTA, based near Tunbridge Wells in Kent, will compete a number of high-speed demonstration runs with Alex Lynn and Will Stevens looking after the driving duties over the course of the weekend.

JOTA became the Cadillac works team for the FIA WEC in 2025, the first time that founders San Hignett and David Clark’s team has held works status. In 2024 the team ran two Porsche 963s in the Hypercar class of the WEC, securing 1st and 2nd in the FIA World Cup for Hypercar Teams.

JOTA co-founder David Clark has close associations with Goodwood, having been a prominent historic racer for many years.

“I have such affection for Goodwood and a strong personal history there so it’s a special joy for me when JOTA does anything at Goodwood,” he said. “This is such a special year for the entire team at JOTA Group, not just the race team but also our amazing people at JOTA Composites and JOTA Engineering. Having our Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA V-Series.R LMDH make its premier on UK soil at such an iconic location, in front of what will be a brilliant crowd, is an enormous honour and I have no doubt it will be one of the highlights of our 25th anniversary celebration.”

The Duke of Richmond CBE DL is excited at the prospect of seeing current top-level protypes on the Goodwood Circuit.

“We have a lot of fun at the Members’ Meeting, showcasing the breadth of motorsport,” said the Duke of Richmond. “I’d delighted that our guests will see the Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA V-Series/R in action – the first time a current car from the highest level of sportscar racing will have lapped the Motor Circuit since it closed in the sixties.”

The 82nd Members Meeting presented by Audrain Motorsport takes place on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 April.
