The opportunity to support the Challenge and the desire to give back to a sport that I am passionate about will make the Silverstone weekend very special.

“I am looking forward to speaking to the students in the Saturday morning training sessions. I will be covering the idea of trust in relationships within motorsport so we’re going to explore how you create trust and then manage and maintain it. The objective is to whet the students appetites on the subject and encourage them to think about what you need to do to create trust in working relationships.

“The opportunity to visit the McLaren Technology Centre to learn about inter-personal skills in motor-racing and visit McLaren’s incredible facility will, I hope, be a fitting prize for the top three finishers in the Challenge.”

Student Motorsport founder and Challenge organiser John Paul ‘JP’ Latham: “I am delighted to welcome iManage Performance Ltd as sponsor for the 2023 season finale. Inter-personal relationships, teamwork and effective management and leadership are all crucial elements of success in the demanding world of professional motorsport and I know that all our learners will find Bob’s insight fascinating and valuable.

“I must also thank Bob and iManage Performance Ltd for their tremendous prize of a day’s training at McLaren. That will be a very special day for all involved.”
