Racing Team Turkey By TF Sport has announced that it will contest the 2021 European Le Mans Series with a driver line-up consisting of Salih Yoluc, Charlie Eastwood and Harry Tincknell.
35-year-old Yoluc has enjoyed great success with Redhill-based TF Sport. The Istanbul driver first raced with Tom Ferrier’s team in the 2015 International GT Open season and won the 2019 then-Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup Pro-Am class. In 2020 Yoluc, alongside teammates Jonny Adam and Charlie Eastwood, won the LMGTE Am class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
The team took delivery of its ORECA LMP2 entry before the New Year and say that preparations for the new season are well underway.
Salih Yoluc is delighted to be embarking on a full season of top-level prototype racing in 2021.
“I’m really happy to be racing with Racing Team Turkey by TF Sport in the European Le Mans Series,” said Yoluc. “It is a new challenge for all of us and I believe we have a great team to progress, and climb up to the top, just as quickly as we did in the GT field!”
Teammate Charlie Eastwood is excited to be joining his Le Mans-winning teammate in the ELMS.
“It’s great to be back with Salih and TF for yet another season and Harry makes a superb addition to our line-up,” said Eastwood. “Prototypes are a completely different animal to GT cars. Our brief test in an LMP2 went really well and Salih impressed us with his pace. I have no doubts that we are capable of achieving some strong results.”
The addition of Harry Tincknell to the line-up shows the commitment that TF Sport as to achieving success on the European circuit. The Exeter-based pilot won the European Le Mans Series in 2016 with the Jota Sport-run G-Drive Racing entry and won the LMP2 class at Le Mans the previous season.
Team owner Tom Ferrier is looking forward to the challenge of ELMS competition.

The 2021 European Le Mans Series gets underway with the official tests on April 13 followed by the opening round at Barcelona on April 18.
