Rolex to sponsor 6 Hours of São Paulo

Rolex has been named as the Title Sponsor for the 6 Hours of São Paulo, the fifth round of the 2024 FIA World Endurance Championship.

Rolex is a familiar name to the world of international sportscar racing. The company, regarded by many as the finest watchmaker in the world, has been the Official Timepiece of the WEC since 2016. The Rolex name is prominently displayed on the gantry over the start/finish straight at the Circuit de la Sarth and above the timing screens. Rolex is the Title Sponsor for the 24 Hours at Daytona.

The WEC’s visit to the Interlagos Circuit is the Championship’s only race in South America and will be a high-profile event for the series.

CEO of the FIA World Endurance Championship Frédéric Lequien said: “We are delighted that our long-term relationship with Rolex continues to go from strength to strength. The prestigious brand has been synonymous with the WEC since 2016 and as the championship makes its return to South America, I can’t think of a better brand to join us on this journey.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rolex for its unwavering support and belief in the FIA WEC.”

The 2024 FIA World Endurance Championship gets underway in Qatar with round one on March 2.
