SRO Motorsports Group Partners With ARG To Manage Australia GT. (19.11.20)

SRO Motorsports Group, a global leader in the organisation and promotion of GT racing, has announced that it has entered into a partnership with the Australian Racing Group (ARG) to jointly manage the Motorsport Australia GT Championship and the Motorsport Australia Endurance Championship from next year and beyond.

SRO will be providing the same global platform and Balance of Performance management that it uses around the world in championships such the Intercontinental GT Challenge Powered by Pirelli, the GT World Challenge America Powered by AWS and the Intelligent Money British GT Championship.

ARG currently presents the carsales TCR Australia Series, VHT S5000 Australian Drivers’ Championship and the National Trans Series. SRO already has considerable experience of working with Australian partners with the success of the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour, traditionally the season-opener for the Intercontinental GT Challenge.

ARG CEO Matt Braid is looking forward to the opportunities that the partnership with SRO Motorsports Group will offer.

Stephane Ratel, Founder and CEO of SRO Motorsports Group is also excited to be be partnering with ARG to promote GT racing in Australia.
